HB21-1321 is the perfect example of how a bill title rarely reflects what’s actually in the bill. This bill will require additional language in the “blue book” designed to scare voters into rejecting ballot measures that will lower taxes. For those measures that will increase taxes, the language will highlight the “benefits” and “improvements” that will result from these increases.
